physical training (preparation)
Physical preparation in practice of Longboard (Surfing):
As I often announce it, Surfing on Longboard is one of the sports of most physical than I practised so far.
Then on the recommendations of my 2 coaches (my 2 sons-in-law), here some exercises, that I carry out under their control, and which I will share with you.
First recall, if you replongez yourselves in a sports activity starting from a certain age, the regulation of one test to the effort by your attending practitionar is recommended. The cardio: for my part I work this one by carrying out to it quasi totality of my Bicycle displacements.

For the musculation top of the body, in order to obtain a more effective oar, here a selection of recommended exercises: Today butterfl and raised of legs:1 - Pectoral: The pectoral ones (pecs) are a group of muscles being located on the chest.
They make it possible the human beings to be able to push an object in front of them.
The group is divided into two sub-groups, that is to say the large pectoral one and the small pectoral one.
The pectoral ones cover a surface located between the shoulders, with before body, which goes until the abdominal ones.
